Our team at Knights Physical Therapy and Wellness includes highly trained and professional physical therapists with vast experience in treating a variety of conditions. Our goal is to restore your mobility, keep you moving and ensure your rehabilitation is effective, efficient, and stress-free. Our practice provides individualized care optimizing mobility, improving lives and enhancing wellness in a positive comfortable atmosphere.

Owner Nicole Knights is the owner of Knights Physical Therapy and Wellness. She is from Cocoa Beach, Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a Human Movement Science Concentration from Louisiana State University (LSU), where she played Division 1 Women's Soccer. She also earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with high honors, and had the privilege of completing advanced manual therapy classes while in physical therapy school. Nicole specializes in treating Parkinson's Disease.

Adam Rhoads

Adam Rhoads, MSPT, CLT, has been a physical therapist helping patients in Brevard for over 20 years. He is certified in lymphedema (abnormal swelling) treatment, PWR for Parkinson's, and the Graston technique for instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. Additionally, he has an extensive background in treating various orthopedic conditions such as shoulder pain, knee pain, hip pain, foot and ankle pain, neck pain, and low back pain. Originally from Cleveland, OH, he pursued his education at St. Francis University in Loretto, PA, where he met his wife. Together, they raise three children who actively participate in sports, including soccer, dance, and cheer. Adam's primary goals are to help all his patients and athletes recover and return to their normal activities as quickly and safely as possible.

Julia Hasselberger

Julia Hasselberger, a proud native of Brevard County, brings a wealth of passion and dedication to client care. Raised amidst the natural beauty of Florida's Space Coast, Julia developed a deep-rooted love for gardening, reading, and the vibrant beach lifestyle. Her enthusiasm for animals and an active lifestyle further define her interests outside of work.

Julia's athletic background includes a love for volleyball, where she honed her skills in teamwork and perseverance. Her commitment to providing exceptional customer service is evident in every interaction, aiming to exceed expectations and ensure client satisfaction.

Alanis Colón-Perez

Alanis Colón is a Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified Personal Trainer with a strong passion for movement, wellness, and helping patients achieve their functional goals. She takes a patient-centered approach to rehabilitation, combining clinical knowledge with her background in fitness to create individualized treatment plans that encourage consistency and long-term independence. She strives to empower patients with the knowledge and confidence to continue their exercises and maintain their progress beyond therapy. Ever since working at Kinghts she has developed a particular interest in working with individuals with Parkinson’s disease and is PWR!Moves certified.  As a Puerto Rican and bilingual English and Spanish speaker, she enjoys connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds and creating an environment where they feel supported and empowered. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys staying active, dancing, traveling, and spending time at the beach.

Olivia Fechas

Olivia Fechas is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant with over five years of outpatient physical therapy experience. Originally from Brevard County, Olivia pursued her educational journey in Tampa, where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. During her time at UT, she interned in the university’s Athletic Training Department and observed rehabilitative treatment on collegiate level athletes. After graduating, she worked as a wellness coach helping guide individuals into healthier and more balanced lifestyles. Olivia decided to continue her studies and was accepted into the Physical Therapist Assistant program at St. Petersburg College. While living in Tampa, Olivia worked with a large orthopedic group, gaining valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to work alongside a diverse group of physical therapists. This environment allowed her to strengthen her clinical skills, broaden her knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation, and develop a well-rounded approach to patient care. After returning home to Brevard County, Olivia has continued growing her skills in outpatient settings. She is passionate about developing trusting relationships with her patients and providing compassionate care. Her favorite things about patient care are seeing patients reach their goals, regain confidence, and return to their favorite activities.
